In Mind Cloud ISS is a SaaS product. It is a CPQ CRM product. Getting the customer data from SAP C4C, configure those data and put them into SAP ERP. My role is DevOps Engineer, taking care of CI/CD pipeline,automation and deployment in SAP CP.

Daily operation of the Continuous Integration (CI) pipeline to build, deploy and test OPNFV. Implementing improvements in the CI build, deploy and test environment based on the tool sets used, such as git, gerrit, Jenkins. Use the OPNFV lab for automatic deployments of OPNFV.

Over 12 plus years experience in software development and testing. Out of this, 5 years of comprehensive knowledge in computing development.

QA Engineer

Worked as a telecom billing tester for the customer BSNL, which is India’s biggest state-owned operator. Involved in rating, invoicing, business configuration and operator re-conciliation.

Pricing and Assembly Engine (PAE) is one of the Components in Customer Focused Billing (CFB) system. CFB gives consolidated billing for large customers across all BT products and services. It gives Customer tailored reports. My contribution to this project is, one of the persons who transitioned this project from on-shore to off-shore. Worked at client places in Belfast and Cardiff, UK. Involved in all phases of SDLC, particularly in testing

• My role is Business Analyst, capturing business requirements through business support group (BSG) and writing a functional document that contains new business requirements. • Involved in System testing and Integration. • Preparing test cases for UAT. • Re- rating of un-billed tolls with usage types(up to 5) • Creation of extract files for the external Fraud Management System (FMS). • Re-processing of old bills based on customer’s need.

Global Banking System (GBS) is a Retail-Banking Product developed by NEC. The GBS is designed at NEC's Financial Solutions Center (FSC) in San Jose. The GBS alliance includes BEA Tuxedo, Hewlett Packard Co. and Oracle Corp.
