I just joined Flender GmbH in the role as Claim and Fleet Manager. I am a highly motivated Design and Quality Engineer for Wind Turbine Gearboxes with 23 years of Experience in the Wind Industry and Design. After working for a wind turbine manufacturer I am now back to the company where I started my carrier after school with apprenticeship. In my last role I was responsible as component owner for Layout and Design linked with Product Cost and Quality. I was responsible for the complete project management of gearbox development, conducting design reviews, setting and defining product requirements, being responsible for the lifecycle, supporting also other functions such as installation teams and services. From previous job as Senior Sourcing Quality Engineering Manager I have experience as Auditor and Direct Contact for suppliers for parts qualification and supplier surveillance. I am capable of working cross functional and global, having strong costumer focus and RCA Leader Skills.
