Primary Responsibilities include: - Investigate machine-to-machine variations and drive increase of equipment robustness through 8D problem solving - Company wide reporting of equipment operational efficiency (OEE) - Responsible for the verification and validation of equipment for production release - Troubleshoot down equipment through detailed analysis and problem solving

-Evaluate cost of production and process (CLAM, Capital for equipment) -Challenge product design to ensure DfM and production quality. -Lead development of capable processes (0ppm failure) for new products with an intercontinental team (processes include f.e. micro laser welding, plastic welding) -Specify new equipment in relation to developed processes. -Establish new production line to produce high volumes of products with high quality requirements. -Work in intercontinental team

I analyzed the master program I attended at the Technical University for the education council and proposed a concept on how they should improve their program.

A 6 month graduation Research project for the Transportation, Infrastructure and Logistics master of the TU Delft. Through literature review and comparative studies develop a cost function which describes the optimal steering of empty containers with regard through empty container depots, while meeting global, regional and local demand

A 3 month summerjob at the Engineering department of Frames Energy systems. Goals of the job were to increase my understanding of AutoCAD and Inventor to better understand its capabilities for future positions. Furthermore an increase in understanding of pressurized hydraulics systems will be acquired

I worked alone on a project to decrease changeover time between products on a machine in a packaging line. Heineken imposes Total Productive Maintenance on all their production lines with the goal of optimizing the production process and reducing costs. A time reduction of 40% was achieved. The job involved lots of communication with the machine operators and factory mechanics to find ways to reduce changeover time. A training was developed to teach the new setup to the operators of the machine.

School specialized at teaching English to foreigners. The school had a dependence in Boston, Massachussets, which I attended. At the end of the program, I did the Cambridge Advanced English test and finalized it with a grade B
