As a senior systems engineer I was responsible to provide IT infrastructure services and guarantee 24x7 datacenter operation. The environment was a setup of 3 data-centers (AT,IN,HK) and 100+ connected office locations. I had the opportunity to gain experience in data center architecture and operations.
Entry level position as System Engineer and Service Desk team member. Management of IT infrastructure (Redhat AS2 Cluster - Mail- & Fileservers, IBM FAST700 SAN Storage System, IBM AS400) Support of 700+ employees mainly english speaking Migration projects (country-based domain controller and terminalserver platforms to centrally hosted data center environment)
