I was hired to ensure seamless operations by leading and supervising multiple business areas, serving as member of National Steering Committee and administrator of firm in Romania.

I was hired to streamline organisational processes by managing Finance, Control, and Logistics operations as well as commercial opportunities as member of Senior Management in 2 plants, employing 400 people with turnover of £100m p.a.

Set up the decentralised Controlling Team for two plants, one Automotive (customers are BMW, Mercedes, VW, Audi) and one Industry (Medical Applications, Furniture, Technical Products) with a total annual turnover of approx. EUR 420 Mln p.a. and 1800 employees. Improved continuously the controlling of the state-of-the-art automotive plants, budgeted and drove the achievement of the challenging budgets by fostering the understanding of the dynamics of the various expenditures and proposing cost optimisations.
