Villeroy & Boch AGI supported the global HR team as a team assistant. Daily administrative tasks as well as the recruiting process of interns and dual working students gave me insights of a gloabal working HR department.
As an active team member of the HR Competence Center Talent & Culture, I coordinated trainings with internal and with external coaches. Also, the elaboration of global standards has been part of my duties. Moreover, I took care of the visa application process for our employees.
