Tim is an entrepreneur and managing director of a leading digital HR consultancy. In addition, he is Partner of CareerTeam-Group one the largest and most innovative HR service providers in the DACH market. Since 2014, he has been instrumental in driving CTG’s success story. As a senior consultant, he was fundamentally involved in the development and expansion of process and team structures and also acted as an HR consultant for digital leaders. In 2018 co-founded Foxio Consulting, where he is responsible for operations and corporate structures.
