Since 2008 Dec.,-2009 May. work as the sales assistant. Be responsible for daily communicate with supply chain department and finance department, complete the forecast, make the sales reports, support the sales team work. Since 2009 May till now, as the sales mainly handle the daily business with GL companies' based in China, meantime charge the oversea business cover the area of Asian Pacific. Belong to the Rubber Trie Industry team.

Develop the international businesses. Investigate the special chemicals market (e.g. biocides, Preservatives ,fungicide and fine chemicals) and find the potential clients, cooperate with them to establish business relationship. Complete the technical files with the lab.

To perform the formulations of underling factory. Improve formulations, and test them; To develop the series of shipping and vehicle formulations. Focus on the anticorrosive products, like epoxy, alkyd, crylic acid, PU series products; Collect the suppliers and test quality of the supplies.

Starch peculiarity in the germinate process.Focus on the diversification of enzymes in the process of germination. And take fractal theory apply in the starch research.
