As part of the Oracle Digital Graduate Program I took over a cross-functional role. Initially the program was designed to take over the role as a Business Development Consultant only. Through my engagement with Business Operations- and Operational Excellence Teams, however, I succeeded to take over responsibilities as a Business Operations Analyst as well.

At Telefónica, I supported the strategic management to assess its newly aligned strategy for the Internet of Things business. The final project work was graded as ‘very good’ by Hanze University and results were successfully integrated into operations.

Delivered error-free successive Controlling reports; supported preperation of monthly and quaterly financial statements; preparation, analysis, processing and management in Accounting of fixed assets, investments and cash discounts among others; developed new measure and tool to correct self-billing invoices more efficiently saving up to 50% of the time needed; conducted sales planning 2016; solved problems in the work process.
