Managing the domestic and international distribution of the finished goods on DAP terms to the customers all over the EU. Planning, coordinaing and monitoring the receipt, order assembly and dispatch of the goods. Fulfilment reports. Monitoring staff performance and development- team of 40 people. Storing and distributing hazardous goods in compliance to IATA, ADR & IMDG regulations. Health & Safety controls. Planning future capacity requirements. Organising monthly stock-checks. Daily stock control.

Ensuring all paperwork is created, collated and filed in accordance with country/customs requirements. Work alongside freight forwarders to ensure collections and deliveries run as smoothly as possible. Provide help and assistance in a efficient manner to both internal and external customers and colleagues. Ensure all hazardous material is packed within IATA, ADR and IMDG guidelines, to enable shipping with appropriate and accurate paperwork. Invoicing the customers for the sold goods.

Leading 3-person team. Assist Customer Service team with any courier requirements for Lush customers. Organising the inbound and outbound courier shipments. Contacting the courier co-companies regarding lost or late shipments. Checking and Signing off the invoices from our courier contractors. Picking/Packing orders.
