Target's specialist for communications training and for training within the audit, compliance and finance sectors. Recent projects include the European Court of Auditors, the Deutsches Institut für Interne Revision e.V., and Metro. Previous roles include InCorporateTrainer®™ Program Manager and InCorporateTrainer®™.

Taught English as a foreign language to professionals from major corporations in Germany.

Responsible for design and implementation of e-commerce activities by credit card portfolio; liaison and team member for new credit card initiatives with MasterCard and Visa.

Managed credit card portfolio conversions, projects, and day-to-day processes within Operations for the Partners First, Harris Bank, BankBoston, and U.S. dollar Bank of Montreal portfolios. Served as liaison with First Data Resources (FDR).

Managed corporate reporting of cash flows, loans receivables, and income using Hyperion database. Served as senior financial advisor for execution of VisionPlus cardholder management system. Designed and managed project to create general ledger interface from new accounts receivable system to PeopleSoft general ledger. Designed and facilitated new account reconciliation application including functional specifications, systematic controls, testing, and management reporting.

Performed operational audits and delivered reports with up to 30 recommendations. Presented findings to senior management and corporate executives. Participated in financial audits with external accounting firm.

Conducted financial audits, to include examining regulatory filings and financial representations in annual reports. Refined and monitored audit budgets and related analysis.
