IKEA - KHIMKY BUSINESS PARK - "A Class" Office Building Construction of the 23.000m2 (closed area) Business Park Project second office building (Shell & Core) has been completed with all external facilities of the whole project. Meantime, fit out works of the first building ( 23.000m2 closed area) has been executed in Design and Built conditions for several tenants and handed over. Contract total was concluded to 103.000.000USD +VAT with additions at the completion.

TUBITAK - UEKAE Research Center Construction of the 15.000m2 (closed area) National Research Center Project on turnkey contract conditions.

TTS - Serum Solutions Production Factory Project Construction of the 7.000m2 factory (closed area) including all machinery on turnkey contract conditions (15.000.000 Euro). Project was completed and handed over in July 2005.

TURKISH MINISTRY of HEALTH - 250 Bed Kecioren Hospital Project Construction of the 27.000m2 hospital (closed area) on turnkey contract conditions within 12 months duration.

TURKISH MINISTRY of HEALTH - 400 Bed Emergency & Traumatology Hospital Project. Construction of the 64.000m2 hospital (closed area) on turnkey contract conditions ( 26.000.000 USD) within 16 months duration. Project has started in April 2002 and handed over to the owner in July 2003 Honor certificate, given by the Ministry of Health for the rapid completion of the project, is en-closed.
