As a Senior Analyst at Shell, I assess the creditworthiness of customers and partners, using data, metrics, and reports to support my decisions. I have successfully reduced the credit exposure and improved the cash flow of the company, by applying rigorous criteria and standards, and by negotiating favorable terms and conditions with high-risk entities. I am also a SAP Super User and an IRM Focal Point for the credit area, leading projects implementation and providing guidance and training to other users. I have contributed to the automation and optimization of the credit processes, by using SAP tools such as Auto-dunning and FSCM. I have a master's degree in Business and Management from Akademia WSB, where I developed my analytical, presentation, and leadership skills.
