Additionally, I create bills of quantities in conjunction with contract and tender documents. I assess bid values, engage in negotiations, and produce essential documents like procurement and subcontractor agreements.

With a solid background as a Quantity Surveyor in building construction, I excel in cost estimation, budget control, and contract administration. I am skilled in accurate quantity take-offs, sourcing suppliers, and implementing cost control measures. My analytical abilities and proficiency in quantity surveying software allow me to provide valuable insights on cost variations, risk assessment, and value engineering.

The "International Building Project Management" specialization provides knowledge and tools to effectively structure and manage complex projects.
