Bought the company from Swedish linasmatkasse.se and managed the restructuring of purchasing, commissioning, logistics and the redesign of the website schlemmertute.de. Today, the company has annualized sales of €1m per year and 11 employees.

Planned and executed a weak-point-analysis of acquisition and customer retention performance for the international rail transport business. Optimized the wagon-management of selected international transports.

Acquired and provided information about various aspects of wind energy for internal and external use (authorities for defense affairs, government, NGOs). Designed presentations about environmental, technical and economical aspects of wind energy.

Worked on different projects using CNC-controlled machines. Assembled replacement motors (e.g. A160CDI, 200CDI, 220CDI). Performed quality check of motors (cold and hot tests).
