I started my career as a print journalist before taking HR roles in tech, media, consulting and professional services companies of small/medium to large size, spanning a period of >15 years. Highly experienced in supporting organizations from start-up to scale-up across multiple countries. Trilingual German, English & French, with advanced Spanish and basic Portuguese, I have lived and worked in Austria, France, Spain and Germany. Recognized as a trusted advisor to C-level and people leaders, I have proven experience in overseeing the entire gamut of HR activities (TA, HR Ops, Comp & Ben, HRBP, internal communication) with a specialty in operating in global, multi-market matrix environments and delivering first-in class HR services. I also had ample exposure to M&A projects and possess excellent knowledge of pan-European employment law, intercultural competence, state-of-the-art HR practices, and superb written and spoken communication and project management skills.
