Working as a team lead for the technical support team. I provide guidance and instruction to 10+ technical employees on the team. The team is supporting +10K total internal company employees. I delegate work, oversee progress toward goals, and coach team members as needed. I am also responsible for department projects and administrative-related work.
As a Project Manager, I supervise external clients’ projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring technical compatibility and coordinating interdepartmental activities so the product or project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints.
The assigned engineer for account activities including customer impact situations due to hardware, software, performance, microcode, software, platform, application, and network environmental issues. In addition, provides account management and maintains Global Services internal system records for a given account or set of accounts.
