Actively designing and executing research projects. Utilizing financial specialist databases such as Thomson Reuters Datastream and Bloomberg to analyse the movements in global stock markets. Examining developments in the German stock market as a result of interest rate changes. Actively employing modern econometric/statistical tools, both cross-sectional and time series, in addressing the complex economic and financial markets issues. Teaching economics, in German, to cohorts of 400 students each year.

Collaborating in the research work done within the chair. Designing the study program (curriculum) for the courses Monetary Economics and Microeconomics. Teaching monetary and microeconomics to cohorts of 100 students.

Monetary system and policy department, bank supervision department

Leading a team responsible for the Faculty's computer network maintenance. In charge of the team's communication with the Faculty seniors. Responsible for understanding and formulating the strategic direction of the entire IT framework. Coordinating between the end-users and the IT team on different layer activities (hardware, software, website and mail-server). Personally responsible for the software installation and maintenance.
