-Manage the implementation and reporting of EU funded projects. -Lead project consortium dissemination work packages and organize international partners meetings, training, workshops and seminars. -Develop database of potential partners, contact them to set up new project consortium processes and contribute to writing project proposals. -Research and produce reports on different sectors’ policy updates. -Produce projects’ promotional videos and coordinate projects’ social media sites.

- Promoted River Nexus project, a climate initiative providing instant flood warning, solar electricity and telecommunications in underdeveloped regions, piloting in Uganda. - Contributed to company promotions, prepared and disseminated its project outreach materials and managed its social media sites. - Handled the role of communicator and presenter at business idea competitions’ pitching days in Darmstadt.

- Attended conferences and reported their content. - Summarised and drafted analytic notes of EU policy on communications highlighting aspects of migration and asylum. - Created and developed fact sheets on EU relations with countries and territories. - Arranged meeting appointments for networking between the unit and EU institutions. - Checked project proposals, financial reports and interim reports from field submission to EU donors.

- Conducted campus tours to potential students and their parents. - Visited schools in local areas to raise awareness to children of the benefits of university attendance.

- Provided advice to refugees and asylum seekers with problems of housing, asylum support and access to healthcare - Completed the core training for advisers (covering UK Asylum System and Adviser Skills) and other training courses for working with refugees, asylum seekers and victims of human trafficking. - Assisted in making campaign materials to promote the rights of refugees and asylum seekers. - Spoke to local community groups about available support and how they could get involved.

- Created, developed and implemented a community engagement strategy and a focal point for policy reference and practice exchange among organic agricultural businesses, farmer unions, farmer associations and the national authorities. - Developed the budget for the Vietnam Organic development project 2015-2018; organized marketing events and science workshops to promote the project in country by engaging national scientists, authorities and organic agricultural businesses.

- Organized corporate governance meetings and provided reports to the Board of Directors on a timely basis. - Coordinated technical training and workshops on fertilizer and pesticide usage and new cultivation practices to farmers. - Coordinated communication and document procedures to set up a subsidiary company in Northern Vietnam. - Undertook general administrative tasks and made logistical arrangements for the Board members. - Undertook the Vice President role of the company's Youth Union.
