As a Senior Recruitment Consultant I take care of all the selection and recruitment process of our consultants worldwide, from the cv screening to the interview, working for Italy, Singapore, Est Europe and Dubai. I am in charge of the Recruitment Officers coordination and training. In collaboration with my collegues and seniors I manage different projects for the HR platform development, about training, animation, challenge and HR Intranet.
