Educators look after children, young people and people with disabilities, prepare games and leisure activities and promote their linguistic, motor, social and personal development. Actually, educators are supposed to support teachers in class, among other things help students with homework during free periods, help organize free time at school until 4 p.m., organize study groups, do handicrafts and play games, and seek contact with parents. The main focus: support teaching,initiate&accompany group processes
