Conceptualized and designed the first fully mechanized geared motor operating Seat Belt Anchorage Test Rig suitable for sustaining pulling forces up-to 50 kN. Developed a remotely accessible controller for the rig to reduce manual interference and any risk of accidents involving humans. Developed a mechanical pressure safety device that could handle a wide range of pressures and safeguard the machine from any accidental pressure developments.

Made major breakthroughs in the engine valve manufacturing department yield improvement project utilizing the frugal innovation approach making use of the existing conditions to maximize the outputs and minimize the wastage. Devised and obtained company approval for neck heating during forging & introduced Powdered Tungsten Arc Welding to reduce the blowholes in seat deposition.

Developed Heat Retention and Heat Generation (HRHG) fixture in accordance with Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) guidelines. Designed and implemented safety mechanism to prevent free fall of scissor lift in case of hydraulic failures. Interfaced with the project management team to prepare engineering proposals and work plans.

Involved in a technology foresight project for Vincorion - Jenoptik Advanced Systems GmbH involving patent & citation analysis, technology forecast, and use case development. Here I was responsible for patent analysis and data visualization of the whole project in Tableau. I have developed good data visualization skills in Tableau and can apply them for a clear representation of data. Winner of innovation workshop by Stadtreinigung Hamburg for harnessing bio-waste potential.

Student consultant at William Grant and Sons, responsible for the establishment of the performance measurement system for high value whiskey packaging line and automatic reporting of key performance indicators to the top management on a daily basis. Part of an international student team comprising students from the UK, Finland, and Malta developing an automatic fish feeder as part of a global design project. Member of volleyball team - finished top 4 teams in Inter-UK competition.

Thesis – Design, Manufacturing, and Implementation of Simultaneous Inner and Outer Diameter Chamfering System. Seminars Presented – Automation Using Programmable Logic Controllers, Energy Harvesting Using Piezoelectric Roads. Elected Captain of Volleyball Team and a member of organizing committee for the national level sports fest Summit 2016.
