Hi, I'm Vijaylaxmi (VJ). I'm a former B2C digital brand executive turned B2B performance marketer. I help early & growth stage startups build marketing functions while continuing to grow pipeline. For the past 11 years, I've led marketing roles at seed stage start ups to large multi-national corporations, globally. I've been the first marketer 2 times and built the teams from scratch. This has shaped how I manage and plan across all marketing - from setting strategy for an actionable marketing plan & OKRs to building a clear map of funnel and growth levers.
