Computational and Statistical Analysis of Next Generation Whole Genome, and Whole Transcriptome sequencing data My work primarily involves the computational analysis of Next Generation whole genome and whole transcriptome sequencing data. I am very excited in particular to be working on a tumor normal study which involves studying the whole genome and whole transcriptome sequencing data of tumor samples, and matched normal samples, taken from the same patients.
