Lead the provision of on-the-ground technical and operational support in the implementation of BCC and FNS as well as support in insuring smooth and quality conduct of the RCT for the Impact Evaluation of the Jeevika (NRLP,Bihar) Multi-Sectoral Nutrition Convergence Pilot in Saharsa District of Bihar.

Provided technical support to BMGF funded project “Indian Grain Legume Cluster Development: Policy, Production and Nutrition in Bihar”. Developed an operational manual and POP for “Sustainable Agriculture Practices in Pulse Crops”.

Implementation of feasibility Phase of JEEViKA (NRLP,Bihar) Multi Sectoral Convergence Pilot in Saharsa District of Bihar. Provided supportive supervision to Jeevika staff and community cadres to ensure coordination and timely implementation of the activities as per the agreed work plans and deliverables. Facilitated coordination and convergence with stakeholders/line departments, primarily ICDS, Health & Agriculture. Monitoring and follow up to ensure that activities are completed within the time lines.

Project planning, management and development of monitoring & evaluation indicators of the project activities. Provided technical and operational support to project team for the implementation of agricultural best practices (ZBNF, Sustainable Agriculture). Developed pockets of excellence for vegetables in FPCs/SHGs. Developed operational manual and business plan for vegetable’s farmer producer company. Periodic review, learning and documentation of the project activities undertaken.

Scaling up Techniques of Zero Budget Natural Farming (ZBNF) in Khagaria & Alauli Blocks of District Khagaria, Bihar”. Provided training, orientation and handholding to Community Resource Persons (CRP) and different village organizations on the adoption of ZBNF technique in growing vegetables. Studied and analyzed the impact of CRP drive on adaptation of technique by the members of SHGs (measured in terms of percentage increase over the control group)

Provided field level support for conducting training programme for awareness of HIV AIDS in Buxar district of Bihar. Worked with members of the SHGs to spread the awareness about health and family welfare programme like family planning and immunization. Conducted survey on utilization health services by the community.
