• Business advisory - Transaction services and M&A: Financial analysis, valuations and due diligence (buy-side) across Europe in financial and industrial activities – Involved in a national privatization process (chemical industry in Serbia: audit, valuation and restructuring recommendations as a member of the Rothschild Consortium) - Capital market advisory • Audit : banks and capital markets
