Siteclick's ambitions are: - Keep the way of working as simple as possible, having only 4 steps: Discover, Design, Development, and Deliver; - Evaluate client's needs and present which could be the perfect solution in terms of budget, delivery time, security, scalability, and robustness; - Offer the possibility for companies to invest smartest the allocated budget for development, marketing, or business improvement processes.

- Focused on customers/partners satisfaction; - Responsible for 12 projects with more attention on the EV solutions; - Give feedback and support to consolidate our Management Team of 5 people (4 DMs and 1 Head of Delivery Manager); - Create the contracts which will be delivered to the customers (MSA, SLA, and SOW); - Create project documentation: project management, technical requirements, functional requirements, deployment process, team, onboarding/offboarding process for DM, user manual, and testing).

- Translate the business needs into the functional requirements; - Create epics, user stories, tasks, and sub-tasks for the functional requirements on JIRA; - Give support for each colleague when needed; - Review all the pull requests and offer feedback; - Create and handle the sprints; - Lead and motivate the team to be more involved within the project; - Create and maintain project documentation; - Synchronize the deployment process with all the involved stakeholders.

- Create the project roadmap; - Clarify the business needs and translate them into the functional requirements; - Create epics, user stories, tasks, and sub-tasks for the functional requirements on JIRA; - Scrum Ceremonies and Artifacts; - Single point of contact for escalations; - Give a clear direction for each colleague; - Prepare at least 3 sprints in advance, to give a clear perspective over the future business needs; - Lead and motivate the entire team to reach their full potential.

After almost 3 years of programming experience with a focus on the frontend side, I started to enhance my hard skills also on the backend side such that having a full-stack responsibility on the project. It was a really interesting period cause I had the freedom to decide how a task must be implemented efficiently. It was cases when 80% of a specific task was implemented on the frontend and 20% on the backend side or reverse.

I had the chance to have an allocated mentor for 1 year which helps me to develop the frontend skills step by step: HTML, CSS, and Javascript. I was involved in multiple projects where I learned the importance to be flexible, thinking about a strong structure of a web page, and implementing generic components as much as possible. I discovered my passion for adjusting an old design or implementing a new design keeping in mind the pixel-perfect approach.

My 2nd full-time internship was at Addition Consulting into a young environment enthusiast. We implemented a solution for handling the days off like paid leave, unpaid leave, medical leave, traveling, presentations or conferences. The web application was developed using the Sitecore framework with C# on the backend and Javascript or jQuery on the frontend side. At the end of the internship, I found out that I have a passion for the frontend role because I had a pixel-perfect mindset.

I started my professional career at Siemens doing my first full-time internship in a multinational environment. We develop an Android Native Application using Java and a Web Application using PrimeFaces. The internship was executed in a period of 2 months and afterward, I had the opportunity to continue remotely part-time having enough time to finalize my studies.

The Software Engineering master's program offers theoretical and practical knowledge in all aspects related to software development. The program objectives include aspects related to modeling, software systems design, interactive design, embedded systems, software quality, and service-oriented architecture. Core courses: - Programming paradigms; - Software project management; - Behavioral modeling of software systems; - Software processes; - Mathematical foundations of decision-making process.
