I founded Opium Pulses Ltd in 2014 as a non-profit organisation, having seen an opportunity for our already established worldwide community to better benefit and grow using the services we already offered. What started as a hobby site quickly grew giving me the opportunity to rework the existing domain into an online gaming and e-commerce portal, focusing on user experience and customer security. The site holds a 5 star rating and is currently ranked in the top 10 of all gaming sites on TrustPilot.

As a member of the Running With Scissors Quality Assurance team (aka Janky Crew), I was involved with testing, breaking, and providing critical feedback on Postal 4's content and features implemented during its early access development stage. In relation to this, I was also invited by development studio HyperStrange to do quality assurance on their upcoming game 'Postal: Brain Damaged'.

I managed a team of ten administrators supporting assessors of the Home Assessment Reablement Team, an NHS service funded by Oxfordshire County Council. I managed and supervise staff in our Abingdon, Oxford and Banbury offices and provided front line administration for the team, ensuring that all referrals are processed accurately and to deadline whilst maintaining our waiting list and regularly triaging patients.

I was responsible for all the tasks surrounding inviting referred clients for assessments to gauge their level of mental health and potentially offer them coaching, employment support, social activities or volunteering. This included logging their information in our database, making calls to invite them to assessments and liaising with doctors and health workers to better understand how we can help them live happier / more productive lives. I was also responsible for producing monthly monitoring reports.

During my 7 years at OCC I provided administration support for various teams in areas such as safeguarding, payments, legal, education and psychology.

I worked in the manufacturing department of OES Medical performing operating functions on a variety of CNC machines, as well as overall inspection and measuring of parts produced.
