My 4 years of work experience in the field of Human resources, have allowed me to grow and develop both professionally in my HR knowledge and experience, and as an employee leader within my work place. I look forward to another Human resources and management generalist position to continue my growth in the field and ultimately, to serve an organization in the management team. I demonstrated my passion for human resources and management daily in my previous jobs. I had theresponsibility for training and organization’s development, so I had been able to express my creativity and my ability to build effective programs. In my past jobs, I had the responsibility for administering benefits and working with accounting on payroll and compensation. I also exhibit strong attention to detail and an ability to keep projects moving forward.
