Helping enhance the efficiency and productivity of production plants through reaction optimization and debottlenecking projects. 3. Giving technical consultancy globally to plant manager. 4. Developing new reactor concept. 5. Working closely and teamly with operating divisions and other R&D units. 6. Tracking Continuously the R&D progress of the academia and industries and identify new business opportunities.

1. Initializing and be in charge of the R&D collaborations with the academia and industrial partners in China. 2. Leading the planning, responsible for negotiation stage, monitor the execution of the projects, and report status to VP and all stakeholders. 3. Establishing, nurturing, and keep good relationships with appropriate partners in China. 4. Working cohesively with other company units, especially Marketing, Legal, and BASF Asia, to seek opportunities in China and take care of Intellectual Property.

I Worked in Micro Power group of IMEC and was in charge of glucose fuel cells project aiming to power biomedical devices. This project included experimental development and theoretical simulation. I was also involved into other projects for chemical development.

With strong fundamentary engineering education in honor college of Southeast University in the first two years. Then from 2003 I begin major study in biomedical engineering.
