Connecting Global Talent to International Companies!

I manage and ensure my team is able to deliver a good customer experience from the start of the customer's journey until they have tried our product, a cross-cultural exchange program. One of the main objectives is to connect and allocate students who are interested to go on exchange programs (B2C-Outgoing Volunteer), which are all dedicated to one SDG (sustainable development goal). Further, I am responsible for strategy creation, managing, and tracking my area.

- Working in the creative department of a Chinese New Media company, focusing on developing and delivering an online English course to middle school kids in China. In addition, the project is published in a renowned online Chinese educational platform, called Ximalaya. As of now, I am working together with our team to continuously enhance our online English platform, I am doing so by creating short weekly English videos in English and Chinese on common English phrases.

Speakers Coordinator - Finding speakers for our annual Meet-ups as well as our Conference, where over 200 people (academics, companies, NGO's, students, and passionate people) come together to address the global challenges of our society. This includes topics, waste, food waste, digitalization, and gender equality.
