Advising and creating proposals for both HR and IP projects; Managing IP infringement cases and drafting reports for crucial government projects including subsidy applications. Reviewing new HR & IP policies, procedures and agreements. Reporting one business secret case to the Shanghai Criminal Investigation Branch; conducting investigations and expert testimony. Advising on HR projects with the objective to reduce staff turnover rates. Consulting on HR strategy and business plan.

 Created strategic IP management business plan for 2017.  Implemented company-wide IP management system and achieved national certificate within 12 months.  Strengthened business secret protection policy and procedures.  Successfully won three IP cases within China, protected 2 trademarks and 7 patents.  Led three applications for government subsidy application projects.  Managed and filed over 40 patent applications in 2017.

 Devised and implemented strategic pland and workforce plan based on new business strategy.  Led Mini-EMBA training program and initiated the leadership competency project.  Designed and implemented new payroll system with the HR service supplier.  Restructured seven business units and the central procurement department.  Orchestrated the dismissal of 12 underperformers, downsized one Business Unit from 14 to three.  Established vocational qualification system within 12-month timescale.

 Spearheaded the employee training centre.  Dealt with legal matters such as employee integrity, public relationships and IP’s.  Communicated with government officials and the Dutch Consulate to provide public relations services.  Project-managed and administrated 14 board meetings.  Won R&D centre certificate of Pudong new district and Shanghai technology centre certificate.  Organized company events, such as IFAT, employee annual meeting and dinner, annuversary ceremony, etc.

Designed more than 30 industrial wastewater treatment plants. Was responsible for the R&D and application of ANAMMOX technology in China. Led project design team.
