Wiam Tahri

TA3MAL is a social project launched by Microsoft and Silatech in the arab west and middle east. It's an online platform for recruitment, jobs/internships seeking, personnal development, online courses and orientation. The platform is free and can also assist future entrepreneurs to build their own business. One of the biggest youth problems in Morocco is the employability, and TA3MAL is coming up with solutions to that problem.

Benchmarking, prospection, presentation, Data analysys, CRM.

First, i was assigned to search for qualify prospects, and develop a strong Benchmarking. Because of the data base i collected, i moved on to plannifying meetings and attending them with products presentation to the purchase team of different multinationals such as P&G, BAT, Danone... Thus, i was in charge of all the selling process which includes the prospection, the preapproach, the approach, the presentation, the close, the follow-up.

Thank's to that experience, i could evaluate my skills in terms of communication and persuasion. The main goal of my work was to promote the new business school ADALIA, recently created by an international network. This was achieved by presenting the school to hundreds of students and parents visiting the forum every day, in a creative way to differenciate from the fierce competitiveness.

The company Maintenance - Science - Health T2S is specialized in the import, the purchase, the sale and putting into service high-technology medical equipment. Being more interested about operational work, i insisted to find an internship during my first year to concretize what i've learned as a freshman in ENCG Casablanca. My experience in this company was the first professional step in my career, and yet, made me realise how important internships are to complete our background.
