Honest, hard working, world traveler looking to relocate over to Germany/Austria to continue my years of working in pursuit of a new life in a new society. I am currently at B1 working towards B2 fluency in German. I have a variety of previous experiences/skills and can easily draw on them to quickly impact a new company, but I am also a quick learner and enjoy being thrust into new positions to learn new skills and make an impact in a new area. I realize I might need to start in an entry level position in some cases to show I can adapt to a new position/company and I dont mind that when/if necessary.     Responsible for implementing, maintaining, and executing the operations side of our ERP system. Planned the logistics of our production team in order to meet the demand plan from Sales. Ensured materials were in house and available to meet the production plan. Worked on lowering COGS by communicating with our suppliers for contracts and/or finding new vendors to reduce costs while maintaining quality. Had regular meetings with upper management, sales, finance, and operations to keep everyone informed.

    Managed a team of ~10 ranging from brewers to packaging to warehouse. Was responsible for ordering some materials for the team that wasnt being handled by the brewmaster. Coordinate schedules, time off requests, etc. to maintain production. Acted as HR for the operations team including hiring, training, coaching, and termination. Reported KPIs to the brewmaster, COO, and CEO in weekly meetings.

    Implemented a yeast control/monitoring program to help increase quality of our product. Wrote many SOPs used in future training of teammates in the cellar and lab. Worked to implement new laboratory techniques and machines for a more robust quality program.
