Über mich
I am a senior project manager within the strategy consulting practice of Deloitte Consulting in Frankfurt, focusing primarily on M&A and divestiture projects. Since starting my consulting career - first at EY in Luxembourg - I have worked on a variety of strategic and operational consulting projects along the full deal lifecycle (M&A Strategy; Target Screening; Commercial DD; Integration/Separation Planning and Execution). In 2020, I have launched the "Value-creation through sustainability-focused M&A, partnerships and divestments" initiative within Deloitte Consulting, aiming to prepare corporates and PEs for a more sustainable future and to create value through sustainability-focused M&A and divestiture activities. Moreover, I am leading a small team driving the future development of the „M&A Consulting Talent Group“.
