Drafting the Testing Strategy for the project, where policies and goals were established. Building the foundation of a new QA team took place in parallel. Leading the QA team, implementing the testing guidelines within the project and strive for the best testing practices.

As a QA member of the scrum team, manual testing of web and mobile applications (iOS, Android) were the main tasks. Gaining more knowledge about the products, testing API's was added to the skillset. Performing Quality Assurance activities in different phases of testing, following the defined testing practices. Adopt testing standard and continuously improve the testing methods. Clarifying technical and functional topics related to testing and quality. Acting as primary point of contact in the testing team

As a member of the testing team, I was involved in analysing processed data generated by the payment processors. The project had the purpose to manage payment methods such as VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX etc,. One of the tasks was to test the accuracy of extracted fees, according to different criteria such as types of transactions. The testing process being divided into several phases, such as test data preparation, execution, and results validation.

Getting involved in performing manual testing of mobile applications (iOS, Android). Maintaining cooperative relationship with scrum team members such as Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners/Managers, Scrum masters. Tight communication and frequent alignments within QA teams across the company.
