Led the integration of design parameters of cables, wires, and overhead conductors for projects, following national and international standards including IEC, BS, UL, ICEA, NFPA, Aramco, SABIC, SEC, FEWA, ADWEA, Kuwait (MEW), ENOC, Riyadh Metro, and Qatar Rail, in the Advaris system. Managed export and calculation of electrical and design parameters by producing technical datasheet templates in the Advaris system.

Responsible for the resource planning, material procurement of various equipment, scheduling, monitoring the progress, and ensuring project execution on time and within set budgeted cost. Directed project teams by providing technical support and conducting procedures review, focusing on electrical design and installation scope. • Collaborated effectively with external agencies, clients, and consultants for design, specifications, and change management.

Provided services as a Customer Support Executive, gathering data of contact centres on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and verifying data for further escalation to the management. Facilitated all reporting/operations/compliance and other sections for scheduling, forecasting and analysis. Controlled monthly KPIs report and the escalation up to the first week of every month, format and requirements of new reports, as well as the proper recording of all kinds of reports.
