Mainly with electrical and mechanical design for projects. • Sales Director for Serbia and Croatia, and from 2015 Russia, for the promotion and sale of high-efficiency turn-key cogeneration projects (Natural Gas, Waste water thretment; Biogas, Landfill…). Develop the company and the present in the markets.

• Managing 45 people in Engineering department. Engineering department consists of Marketing sector, Profit center for boiler and pressure part and Profit center for mills, fans and equipment. Each of profit center have: designers, order management, project management, quality management.

• Managing 8 people in Customer Service department • Providing the hardware service for PC customers to achieve growth in servicing and better profit. • Taking part in organizing and supervising After-Sales-Service network for PC customers.

Manager of Sales and Ordering spare parts for Hyundai heavy industries machines such as excavators, loaders, rollers... • Responsibilities which includes export-import, planning and implementation of distribution strategies, analysis of competition, on-field research of local market, communication with foreign and domestic partners, and supervision of all business procedures.

• I was in charge of organizing and implementing all solutions and technical support procedures to the customers which had significant influence on increasing the profit. • Fully involved in activities such as monitoring the PVC manufacturing line of doors, windows and other PVC parts, and all technical transactions between local customers and foreign supplier .

• Acquired necessary knowledge in welding and various sales activities like filing of commercial and legal documents, preparation of necessary documentation for import of welding machines, participation in sales negotiations and analysis of profit calculations. • Performed different duties such as technical support to the customers of welding machines.
