Based on my years of experience, will try to summarize myself with the basic postulate that is driving my existence: Trust: I always have a trust of my team because I’m the expert in what I do and my team has the same trust to have my back. Authenticity: people know that they can rely on me because I’m true to myself and I’m accepting others as they are. Entrepreneurial Passion: I’m not just doing what I’ve been told but I’m looking for opportunities to improve the product, the process and myself. Power of proof: As a QA, I don’t just click around. I always have a structured approach to make sure that I’ve at least covered the most critical aspects of the application. Unwavering focus: Finishing what I’ve started rather than working on 20 projects at the same time. Fanatical learning: I’m always looking to learn more. I've transitioned from one role into another and I'm still eager to learn more.
