Identification and coordination of LEAN ability to improve the production process; Developing, implementing and defining the plan to improve the sustainability of production by selected LEAN method; Defining teams for project realization of LEAN methods; Defines production segments and sets priorities in the use and implementation of LEAN methods; Presentation principles and methods of proper use of LEAN tools to all employees, especially to employees in the production;.

• Define objectives and compliance plans, schedules and Project budgets, • Definition, management and control of the Projects executive team, • Management of product development, MTO, ETO and PDP processes, • Monitoring the status of Projects and control performance (KPI), • Monitoring of project costs, alerting those responsible in case of any deviations from the budget.

• Investment management (Industrial engineering), • Communication with foreign and domestic companies and contracting activities, • Searching offers for overhauling and purchase of new machines and equipment, • Calculation cost and cash flow, • Testing and acceptation of machines and equipment, • Visit to fairs and possible associates, • Directly responsible for several projects (5S and TPM implementation, material flow, ...). • Traveling to GB, FR, DE, AT, HU, IT, PL, RU, CN.

• Project Manager and Professional Consultant (Supervisor) on the project of production implementing BROOK CROMPTON – NEMA high efficiency range electro motors in company Wolong Electric Group in China.

• Control and organization of production, • Production development and improvement existing processes, 5S, • Monitoring materials and process flow, • Monitoring and analysis of scrap products, • Monitoring of maintenance and overhaul activities, • Management and issuing executive tasks to employees.
