ITS Back Office Engineer My role here is technically lead of the team who consist of Front-Office and Back-Office engineers as outsourced NOC team (ten persons) for daily operation on MCI Data Center and providing solutions in major incident or problem. As contractor of infrastructure department of IT deputy, I am responsible for supporting an enormous enterprise network including a nationwide WAN, Datacenters with more than 2000 network nodes and 20000 active IPs and LANs

As part of the network security team member in MCI Network Security deputy, My role was to provide project-basis consultancy Network & Security matters in a multi-vendor environment supporting massive amount of data through virtualization and cloud computing concepts.The infrastructure utilizes Huawei, Cisco and Juniper and recommended architectures include designs based on products such as Juniper SRX firewalls and IPS, Fortinet WAFs, Cisco ASA firewall, ACS, VMWare VDI and MPLS L3-VPN IPBB.

I have been Technical Administrator of EMDAD SAIPA Call Center (Saipa Spacial Service Co) in IT department. I designed enterprise WAN for connecting provincial branches by using MPLS service to achieve distribution of contacts locally and creation centers of respondents in the provinces.

For more than 2 years I was teacher of Multiplex technology in automotive industry, my students were technical experts of after sale support of the biggest auto manufacturer in Iran.
