our responsibilty was prepare a pakage for green sand with production 24,000 tons per year we talk and visit supplier company in Iran and Europe with loramendi about machine green sand vertical machine 6080-D and with complete sand plant with eirich 72 tons per hour and two apron conveyor shot blast with OMSG and two 6 meter shake out with just and 4 tons useful capacity pouring with otto-junker and dust collection with AAF with 110.000 cubic meter and lab equipment with simpson.

i this company from zero till rump up i was project management with consulting of GEMCO company all machine of this company in package of disa with disa 240B machine and other machine sand plant, core shooting machine,shot blasts from Disa and melting furnaces fro otto-junker and after rump up i was production manger also after two year add my responsibility to engineering manager the production mix is all of pressure plate export to VALEO also for local automotive gray cast iron .

in this company i was production manager and the main responsibility was receive to capacity regards planning department with max capacity and min casting defects also coordination with other engineering,technical,sell,HR department the production mix was gray and ductile iron for automotive casting parts for example engine block,crank shaft,cam shaft,knuckle. brake caliper, ventilated brake disc, brake drum,bearing cap we had 4 green sand molding line 2 BMD air impales and 1 disa 2013 MK4 and 1 disa 230

in this company i was consultant metallurgy engineer for increase the capacity of productions and decrease casting defects in that company they had kunkel-wanger horizontal molding line and disa 2014 mk4 with eirich sand preparation and production mix was gray and ductile iron automotive parts for example engine block,engine head, crank shaft,cam shaft, knuckle, ventilated brake disc, brake caliper,... so all of management responsibility was with myself

i am metallurgy engineer in branch casting especially Automotive casting parts my experience in green sand automatic high pressure vertical and horizontal molding line especially disa vertical green sand molding machine more than 25 years.
