I was Head of the Private Banking practice at Akamai. I covered a handful of private banks in both Hong Kong and Singapore and focused on a very research centric model, concentrating on senior level positions. These included Head of Country, Markets and Advisory mandates as well as multiple Team engagements and individual placements. Akamai was owned by Hatpin plc in the UK and through mismanagement went into voluntary receivership / sell off, thus my limited period with them.

Executive Search boutique. I was responsible for the Hong Kong office whilst also developing the Private Banking market coverage. After 12 years of partnership Robertson and Smart decided to follow independent business directions which resulted in the closure of both the Hong Kong and Singapore businesses.

At Parity I held a number of different positions. Recruitment Consultant, Regional Recruitment Manager, Country Manager with 40 consultants between 5 Offices reporting directly / indirectly to me, European Director, responsible for Recruitment Services and staff across five European countries. I established the Executive Search and Selection business for Parity in Europe and also the Recruitment Process Outsourcing proposition for 3 major international banks with our US based JV partner Chimes .

NASDAQ listed PRG Schultz is the global leader in corporate 'Recovery Services'. I was responsible for the development of German, Swiss and Austrian markets as well as the roll-out of new Eastern European clients and infrastructure. I had full P&L responsibility for the business, reporting into company HQ in Atlanta. Clients included the global leading retailers as well as auto manufacturers, telco companies and financial institutions.
