I started working when I was 20 years old. In January 2021, I got an offer from English Time Language School for the position of Branch Manager. I started working there after the hiring procedures were completed. It has been an excellent job opportunity for me, I have improved my skills in the fields of teaching, communicating, finance, and managing teams. I have had my own Schedule to maintain self-discipline and do the job I am required to with full performance. I believe I have become a leader thanks to this position; I do not order around, I show how the job is done and create a safe environment provide and high motivation for the teams I lead so that I can get full performance from their work. I would like to carry the experiences I have gained so far abroad so that I can reach my full potential in my career. I would like to work remotely and am willing to pay my own insurance and prepare monthly invoices for your company if necessary. And I am a fast-learner!
