 Around 12+ years of work experience in Industry 4.0/ Smart Factory and Shop floor OT, IIOT, PLC’s and HMI SCREEN DEVELOPER/design programming, ISA 95 automation, DCS, field Instrumentation devices, Field  Identify and handle Commissioning and troubleshooting of all OT, IIOT, PLC, SCADA-based control panels and Field Device Electronics, Industrial software, and Process Automation fields’ software and Automation Testing.  Preparation of PLC Ladder Logic programming and SCADA development for different projects.  Doing FAT, SAT, and commissioning of various control panels like MCC Panels, PLC-based panels, etc.  Commissioning on-site and troubleshooting in PLC programming, HMI SCREEN, and control panel.  Aware of reporting Good Knowledge in SQL.  Configuration of Engineering stations and industrial runtime system.  Estimation, Development, and Execution of tests w.r.t user stories  Hardware setup and Configuration of Controllers and Field Device and Mobile app testing.
