I'm an experienced HR Professional with more than 13 years’ experience in Recruitment and HR Business Partnering. I have worked for several multinational companies, recruited from entry level positions (including blue collar workers) to Executive levels. I’ve been currently managing recruitment teams in different countries and also working on building up completely new locations for _VOIS EU. I've been having 2,5 years of experience in remote team management with teams in Hungary, Albania and Malaga (Spain). I'm currently managing the daily work of 9 recruiters working on tech, commercial, customer care, financial, BI, SCM and HR roles.

I'm responsible for managing a team of 7 recruiters in Hungary. In parallel to this I started building up _VOIS Albania with 2 recruiters 1,5 years ago to be a new strategic location of Vodafone - _VOIS. I was also responsible for building up the Innovation Hub in Malaga focusing on technology roles, until local HR team was hired (the interim management of the recruitment activities took for 8 months).
