Analyze all processes inside of the company and try to implement every process inside the system as a Business Developer. Analyze workflow with the departments and take an action plan with the software company.
Organize sales activities and coordinate sales campaign through the region and follow the product flow. Organize dealer visits and make reports through with CRM system. Visit other brands dealers and choose potential dealers and negotiate with them. Follow dealers financial status regularly Analyze regional product mix and follow up profitability. Coordinate product flow with supply chain department.
