- Responsible for planning and implementation of all OPEX related tools and methodologies at all locations globally - Monthly reporting of OPEX KPIs - Support in identifying improvement activities, implementation of Shop Floor Management incl. coaching of Lean Managers and local management team - Design of a global RKW Business System - Set-up of a OPEX department with four direct reports

- Responsibe for the development and implementation of the Datwyler Production System (DPS) in all 16 locations worldwide. This includes: - Developing the DPS: DPS model, implementation strategy incl. roadmap design and communication, etc. - Defining the DPS Academy incl. training content and certification levels. - Coaching of the local organizations including top management, and providing active support on a regular basis to local DPS managers.

- Implementation of the LEONI Productivity System across Asia – China and Korea. Responsible for conducting qualification programs, initiating, steering and results-checking of activities that lead to productivity increase. Optimizes internal processes in competence centers and manufacturing locations. Plans, organizes and moderates e.g. KATA workshops. - Responsible for providing professional leadership and supervision in form of e.g. target setting and skill development, to the LPS Network in Asia

Led and worked on several project assignments within a variety of industries – automotive, white goods as well as building supplier– with the objective to roll out globally a customer-specific production/business system and to optimize business processes as well as organizations in production, logistics, and R&D.
