• Member of Head Office Team at a small start-up providing billboard advertising services to leading telecom and FMCG companies in Pakistan (including Telenor, Unilever and P&G). • Internally, responsible for HR and all financial functions, including advising on various tax and audit requirements, including the registration of the Company with Provincial revenue authorities and the appointment of (and professional liaison with) external auditors with proper GL implementation.

• Led a Process re-engineering project of all departments at Head Office, Sales Units and manufacturing plants. • Accountable for satisfactorily responding to external audit queries pertaining to the expenses, controls and processes, by coordinating with the units across the Division.
