In the function as global process and project management lead at RiM i am responsible for the global set-up and implementation of the business process architecture. It is my mission to contribute to the continuous and sustainable growth of the company by effectively managing change and enabling management and colleagues to improve processes and organizational structures. The International Consultancy Project (ICP) 2010 is organized by STAR Master Study Club Strategic Management. Study Association STAR of the Rotterdam School of Management Erasmus University counts over 5.500 members, of which over 1.000 are international students, which makes it one of the largest and most international study associations in Europe. The ICP is built around a case competition, in which Master students compete on the topic of Strategic Alliances in Times of Change.
